Lean Project

Lean Project Management. It is the complete adaptation of other Lean concepts, such as Lean Construction, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Thinking in the context of project management. Lean Project Management has several elements in common with other Lean concepts; where the principle is to have greater value with less waste in the context of the project.

Lean Construction. In our experience we have found a mismatch between the conceptual models and the results obtained in previous installations, which has led us to apply proven tools in construction. The idea is to adapt the principles and practices of Lean Manufacturing from start to finish in the construction process. In this way, installing manufacturing equipment and production systems, minimizing waste of materials, time effort; with the aim of generating maximum value for our customers.
